Criteria to be eligible to apply for DBS Start Digital Programme:
Be classified as a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) by Enterprise Singapore
Be registered and incorporated in Singapore, with no less than 30% of its shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
Have an annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than S$100 million OR employment size not exceeding 200 employees
Have not adopted solutions under the same programme with DBS or any other banks or telecommunications providers in Singapore

- Thereafter, sign up for Million Accounting module at $8/month, Million Accounting Stock module at $38/month from the 7th to 12th month.
