S$2 vs S$8 — and why prepaying wins
New customers pay S$8/employee/month for the Payroll + E-Leave + E-Claim bundle. As an existing AutoCount client, your July rate is S$2/employee/month — a 75% saving.
Pay the 3-year term upfront during the promo and that S$2 rate is locked until 2029. After the lock-in it reverts to the prevailing rate — so prepaying is what freezes the saving in place.
Worked example for 10 employees: software S$2 × 10 × 12 = S$240/year (S$720 prepaid for the 3-year lock-in), plus one-time onboarding S$1,300 in Year 1. All before GST; GST added at checkout.
