Our customer who provide hygiene services rely heavily on WhatsApp and manual ordering to process orders for customers. There is a delay during confirmation of sales which resulted in missed opportunities and jobs are often overlapped as there is a lack of a central database for different departments to log in and check tasks assigned. The current SOP requires different department to work dependently which slows down the process and there is often miscommunication. This has severely hindered the company’s growth and expansion process.

Rockbell has created a bridging system tightly integrated with their existing accounting system with an external application to cut down processes. This will cut down on time required for coordination and data entry into the accounting software, improve efficiency and a first step for the company to eliminate manual processes and adopt full automation in their business processes.
