When I decided to migrate my Autocount accounting system from my old laptop to a new one, I felt very helpless and overwhelmed, especially regarding Outlook. I had purchased Microsoft 365 Office Home & Student, which does not include Outlook support. I checked with many people and service providers for assistance, but no one could help. Everyone told me that the only solution was to purchase or subscribe to Outlook again through Microsoft. Today, however, your support team member, Richard, successfully helped me resolve this issue without requiring any additional purchase or subscription. The service from Jessica is very good and if we encounter any issue, she will help to connect their team to support us in a timely manner. Aside to that the software is user friendly and is easy to work with. Whenever we faced an issue, Rockbell team gladly assist us very quickly. Alan Morgan Partners LLP: We started using Million Accounting software from 2020. The transition of data from the previous accounting software was done smoothly. Prior to engaging their services, their consultant came down to brief us on the usage of the software. We are pleased with their efficient technical support system that answers our queries that arise when using the software and for every new development or upgrades of the software, Million carries out webinars so we are better informed of the changes.
